DO NOT PAY THE DEPOSIT WITHOUT SPEAKING TO US FIRST!
Paying this deposit is especially important during the heavy tourist season (April through September), where time is limited.
Until the deposit is paid and the contract id filled out, I can not add your session to my calendar.
Any locations beyond Callaway to the east and Watersoundr to the west are subject to a $75 travel fee.
I do not hold dates and this is on a first come first serve basis. If multiple requests come in for the same date, the person who completes the information first will be given priority.
If it take more than 24 hours to make a deposit after a date is discussed, please check back with us, as the spot may no longer be available.
The deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable. We honor deposits paid for up to two years from the date paid, with price guarantee.
Balance is due the day of the shoo prior to startingt. If not paid in cash we do add 10% to the balance, regardless of payment method (Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, or Credit Card)
Weather - we monitor weather, but it can change in a heartbeat. We will reach out 2 hours prior to shooting if we think weather will be a factor. We do not reschedule due to wind, fog, or cloudiness. We can not guarantee a sunset. We will do what we can with the weather and environment.
